After achieving the degree of Master of Sciences at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences Titus Krauss started his career at ABB Fertigungsleittechnik GmbH in Mannheim in 1993.

In 1995 he moved on to Propack Data GmbH in Karlsruhe. Within his eleven years at Propack Data he acted first as Project Manager, later as Sales Consultant and finally as Marketing Manager. During that time Titus Krauss built up his expertise in the Life Sciences Industry.

2006 Titus Krauss changed to Siemens AG – initially he was responsible for the MES Business in the Life Science Industry and later he took over a position as Business Development Manager Life Sciences for the Automation and IT portfolio where he could bring in his wide expertise in the Life Sciences industry.

Since March 2010 he is member of the commitee of the ISPE-DACH-organization.

At Systec & Services, Titus Krauss heads the Business Unit Sales & Marketing.

Rainer Hofmann Director Services

Director Services

After studying mechanical engineering (Maschinenbau) and completing his postgraduate studies as industrial engineer (Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur), Rainer Hofmann started his career at Propack Data in Karlsruhe in 1995.

After a first phase as project engineer, he headed several MES projects for well-known pharmaceutical customers nationally and internationally, as well as carrying out duties and responsibilities in the product management. From 1999, he was a team leader in the Project Services division.

In 2002, Rainer Hofmann changed as Senior Consultant for Supply Chain Management to T-Systems International GmbH. Starting 2005 he was promoted to a team leader and took responsibility for an order fulfillment system for the retail business of a leading automotive company. His last job at T-Systems was the planned SAP R/3 implementation in close cooperation with SAP AG.

At Systec & Services, Rainer Hofmann heads the Business Unit Services.

Markus Roemer Director Compliance Services

After studying physics Markus Roemer started his career at Vetter Pharma Fertigung as computer system validation specialist and joined Rockwell Automation Propack Data in 2001. Since 2003 he has been working in various global validation and consultancy functions in the pharmaceutical industry. Beside the validation knowledge he is experienced in aligning IT compliance, quality risk management, software development, and quality management systems.

Before joining Systec & Services, Markus Roemer was Senior Validation Consultant at Invensys Validation Technologies, Montreal and headed different local and global positions. In his current position as Director Compliance Management at Systec and Services he is in charge of consultancy services for IT Management and Compliance, Validation and Quality Management. Markus Roemer is ISPE Ambassador of the DACH Affiliate.

Rolf Härter Director GMP IT Concepts

Director GMP IT Concepts

Having started with an apprenticeship in the industrial electronics sector, Rolf Härter can now look back on 30 years of work experience in the industry. He acquired additional qualifications through advanced training as an industry foreman (Industriemeister) and as an Industrial Business Administration (Technischer Betriebswirt) graduate.

After many years of working for Credé Elektronik GmbH, where he was responsible for the production of dental and medical devices, Rolf Härter came to Propack Data GmbH at the beginning of 1988 as a production manager in the Hardware division. His last position there was the management of the new system engineering division. In 2002, Rolf Härter played an instrumental role in the foundation of the new company Systec & Services GmbH, which was a spin-off of the former Propack Data hardware division.

Today, Rolf Härter is responsible for the business unit GMP-IT Concepts.

Dr. August Ludviksson Director Consulting & Development

Dr. August Ludviksson has earned a master in Physics and a Ph.D. from the University Karlsruhe. He was a scientific programer at the Center of Informatics, University Karlsruhe and later a database developer at the Chemical Abstracts Service in Columbus, Ohio US.

In 1999 he joined Propack Data as a software developer. In 2000 he was promoted to the team lead for their Applied Research Group.

In 2003 he joined Systec & Services as a Senior Consultant for the professional services department. After successfully managing all of the development activities for the various national and international projects, he is now leading Systec & Services' Consulting practices as well as oversees all development activities for the various projects. 

His special expertise is mobile security and technology.

Michael Post Director Branch Office Bad Saeckingen

Director Branch Office Bad Saeckingen

Michael Post is an engineering graduate (Diplomingenieur FH) and brings 17 years of industry experience with him. He worked as engineer and project manager in the mechanical engineering and consulting sector before joining Propack Data GmbH (now a Rockwell Automation company) in 1997 at the Bad Säckingen site. There, he was responsible for global projects in the position of a quality manager.

Until recently, he successfully headed the Services division for Rockwell Automation at the Bad Säckingen site with 10 employees. His specialist areas are Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and Project Management.

At Systec & Service, Michael Post is responsible for the Branch Office Bad Saeckingen and is a Sen. Validation Consultant.

Hans-Ulrich Seufert Director Research & Development

Director Research & Development

Since his studies as graduate of computer science (Diplom Informatiker), Hans-Ulrich Seufert can look back on twenty years of experience in the MES software development and process consulting.

At Propack Data, and later in the same position at Rockwell Automation, he was responsible as 'Lead Software Architect MES Product Suite', and then as 'Pharma Suite Software product development head', for the specialized and technical conception of different MES software products. The overall architecture that he developed for the process industry has been widely used and adapted for other industries.

As head of an international development team with 30 members, he was also responsible for further process and method development for the regulated industry, for example optimizing and implementing mobile components.

At Systec & Services, Hans-Ulrich Seufert is responsible for the MES software development. Furthermore he is responsible for the Bad Wurzach Branch Office.
