Consultant (m/f)

Job description

Analyzing and consulting our customers on IT issues in environments in close proximity to production
Modeling customer requirements
Developing concepts
Developing user requirements, creating the functional specifications for project implementation
Assists with product configuration for customers in close collaboration with developers
Project management

Job specification

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related subject
Ideally has already gathered some practical experience in consultation/project development
The candidate is a team player, has strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of commitment
The candidate has excellent abilities to understand and map processes
Strong communication skills
A well structured working style geared towards results
Commitment to customer service
Good command of English
Willing to travel for customer visits
