15 December 2006 Karlsruhe, 15 December 2006 – Systec & Services GmbH announces today the acquisition of the Vertical Integration unit of Vitegris GmbH. With the new SAP Adaptive Manufacturing business unit, we can offer customers a strengthening of their investment in SAP and shop-floor solutions, such as PCS and MES systems, while simultaneously achieving significant efficiency improvements. A process- and software-based integration of the enterprise level with the production level can be seamlessly achieved by means of the SAP xMII solution.Karl G.
