23 May 2007 Karlsruhe, 23 May 2007 – Systec & Services GmbH today announced a new services partnership with SAP AG in the area of adaptive manufacturing. As an SAP Services Partner, Systec & Services now offers consulting and integration services as well as its own prevalidated pharmaceutical-specific solutions for the composite application, SAP® xAPP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP xMII). For the first time, it is possible for the regulated industries to build upon technologies in the production environment, ensuring a universal platform throughout the company. SAP® xAPP MII provides increased flexibility to manufacturing companies by connecting the SAP ERP solution in real time with production, providing workers there with relevant and usable information. The comprehensive solution can typically be implemented in a facility within 4-10 weeks and expands the functionality of the SAP NetWeaver technology platform to manufacturing. Karl G. At CeBIT 2007 in Hanover, Systec & Services presented the new solutions and templates for the first time in a public forum. Three solutions for use with SAP xMII are available immediately: the SYPROS™ OEE Solution for overall equipment effectiveness, the SYPROS SPC Solution for statistical process control, and the SYPROS LPM Solution for line production management. The SYPROS WDM Solution for weighing and dispensing management will follow in the third quarter of 2007.
