Systec & Services GmbH unveils extremly flat industry PC with integrated 19'' touch-screen PDF Print

11 July 2007

Karlsruhe, July 11st 2007 – The SLICE 319C is the latest evolution in the GMP IT Hardware section of Systec & Services. It represents a totally new hardware family.

The basics for this innovation is the well-established  flat screen monitor SLICE 219C (enclosed in a stainless steel case).
Systec & Services inserted into this 219C-case a 6’’ CPU board with an Intel Celeron M 1,0 GHz Processor, 1 GB of RAM together with Solid State Disk (Flash Memory) with a capacity of up to 64 GB (mass-storage device). The very small thermal dissipation loss of 5 watt enables the system to operate fan-less inside the closed stainless steel case.

Therewith an optimized equipment for the production environment of the regulated industries is available. All standard-interfaces for peripheral devices are attached directly at the SLICE case. Cable- extensions via KVM Extender are no longer required. The large and brilliant 19“ flat screen – if required  touch screen enabled – completes the product features.

This new hardware family is available from 15“ to 42“ so that even demands for very large displays (Electronic Room Status Displays, ERSD) can be met.
The next  expansion stage of the SLICE 319C is planned for 3Q 2007 and will include faster CPUs and increased RAM.
