Karlsruhe, September 6th 2007: Systec & Services finished successfully the acceptance test regarding the installation of Propack Data PMX MES™-Solution from Rockwell Automation Life Sciences.

This includes all required GMP-IT-Hardware, qualification and validation services.

Celgene International decided in January 2006 the chose Systec & Services as supplier for the MES (manufacturing execution system) implementation in their new plant in Boudry (Switzerland). Core-Functionality herewith was the implementation of the Rockwell PMX MES EBR Solution. The following production processes are supported by the MES solution:

• Warehouse-Management

• weighing & Dispensing

• Order Management

• Electronic batch recording from weighing to packaging

• Detailed Scheduling

• Material Management

• Asset Management

All systems and processes in the new plant are FDA and European GMP compliant.

The planned Going Live milestone (mid of 2007) was reached.
