The surface of the Systec foil keyboards is based on an bactericidal technology which was developed to improve the hygiene properties of the foils. Therewith the Systec foils reduce the menace of the spread of infections.

A bactericidal coating which is integrated during the production process of the foil slide into the structure hard coating prevents the growth of possible injurious bacteria. By getting in contact with this special lamination germs, bacteria and exciters are damaged in the cell structure. So their increase is not possible any more and even the existing germs and micro-organisms die.

Nevertheless, the bactericidal surface do not replaces the cleaning, but it can support the operatorr by an integrated reliable and constant protection against a bacterium soiling with respect to the hygiene regulations.
