Karlsruhe/Cary (NC), March 9th, 2010 – With immediate effect, Systec & Services GmbH headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, a leading Full Service Provider for the regulated industries, is represented by a subsidiary in Cary, NC. This step has been taken due to the strong demand seen for high level consulting and integration services in those industries in the US. It establishes both a sales office and a service capability in the region.

Responsibility for the wholly owned subsidiary in Cary has been assumed by Bill Ruchte, who comes to Systec & Services with 15 years of experience in the services business.

The company, which already occupies a leadership position as a System Integrator of Product Management Solutions for the regulated industries in the central European market, sees this as a continuation of its ongoing strategy to support local markets by building its own sales and support presence in markets showing a clear demand for value added services.
