10 October 2005 Saarbrücken/Karlsruhe, 10 October 2005 - Systec & Services GmbH and IDS Scheer AG announced a new partnership today in which the two companies have agreed to combine their complementary expertise to jointly pursue opportunities within the life sciences industry that integrate ERP and MES solutions for SMBs (small and medium businesses). The comprehensive agreement draws upon the experience and competence of the partners IDS Scheer and Systec & Services. The spectrum of services ranges from consulting to project realization, project management and system validation. Under the agreement, both companies will jointly undertake sales, marketing and project activities in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).Systec & Services brings its many years of know-how in the life sciences industry combined with Propack Data PMX MES expertise and a broad palette of GMP IT hardware platforms. IDS Scheer in particular contributes its SAP capabilities with its ARIS-based solutions offering.
