During the last weeks, many of our clients took the opportunity of a face-to-face discussion with us. We have been present at different events in Stutensee, Lausanne, Berlin, and Paris and have thoroughly appreciated the direct interaction.

In Stutensee we have opened the Serialization Competence Center (SCC). With customers, partners, employees, friends, and neighbors we spent a couple hours discussing our Serialization Competence offering. Beside the official speeches, there was a keynote by Prof. Dr. Dillmann of the Forschungszentrum Informatik (FZI) on robotics and Pharma 4.0. Systec & Services experts demonstrated processes in all serialization levels and had the pleasure of answering our guests’ questions.

The Forum A3P Suisse invited to Lausanne for September 26th. “Track & Trace : Where do you stand with your Serialization Setup program ?“ was the day’s theme. Numerous representatives of pharmaceutical companies from Switzerland and France debated on current trends. A site visit to Merck in Aubonne nicely concluded the day.

Some of the colleagues went directly from Switzerland to Berlin in order to be there on time for the Ice Breaker session of the MES Process Minds / Trackts! Through the course of the event we were especially happy about the lecture by Dr. Linder, Managing Director with our client Klocke Pharma. Project managers and senior leaders received latest serialization information. The Systec & Services booth was busy throughout the event days. Some follow-up meetings were scheduled in order to finalize discussions with a bit more peace and quiet.

Finally, on October 5th, Paris was the next stop of the Perspective2019 series, which we once more hosted in collaboration with our partner Arvato Systems. More than 40 participants caught up with running Serialization projects going from levels 1 to 5. Valuable input was provided by the French MVO and by GS1 France. The participants were greatly pleased with the event, and rated it with top marks.
