OPTIMIZED SOLUTION FOR DATA MODELING.

LiSI DataModel

The foundation for the successful introduction of business (BI) or manufacturing (MI) intelligence tools is the development of a suitable data model. As a rule, the time and effort required for data modeling makes up for about 60-70% of the project. Without a generic approach, the amount of effort must be estimated per inserted tool. This costs valuable time and money. We have the solution!

With LiSI DataModel (LiSI = Life Sciences Intelligence) Systec & Services uses a generic method which ensures that the data modeling only has to be performed once, regardless of the BI or MI tool. LiSI Data Model offers clients in the regulated industry the ability to easily and securely access all production data, and to use it for validated reporting, spontaneous research, analyses as well as dashboards.

Our services

LiSI DataModel ensures access to all relevant data. The simple and very transparent modeling of data pursues two goals: Independence from the actual evaluation (Business Intelligence (BI) tools like LiSI ValidReports or LiSI AdHocReports) and access to the original data sources through a virtualized database.

The traditional data modeling is always based on the tool used.
LiSI DataModel follows this path:

First a system-neutral model is implemented on the basis of UML (Unified Modeling Language), and then the virtual data accesses are modeled based on this. The neutral model is accessed only during the third step, where different tools are then used to analyze, evaluate and generate reports.

  • Creation of a transparent, tool-independent data model
  • Virtualization of data access to source systems
  • Presentation of data in a "comprehensible" language
  • Expandable without in-depth IT knowledge
